HelloTenant is an online platform designed to assist landlords in managing their properties, collecting rental applications, and onboarding new tenants.

I have been intimately involved with this project from its conception including initial business planning and specs gathering, designing and building the framework for the entire platform, and ongoing support during the server-side integration.

VINData provides vehicle history reports to consumers and businesses alike

As a startup company I was asked to design and build the framework for almost every portion of their platform. This included their marketing site, their back-end portal and their vehicle history report. After the framework was completed, I turned the code over to their in-house developers to integrate the server-side connections.

Steelcase

Steelcase is a large international corporation that provides office furniture and office layout solutions to companies all over the world.

As part of an extensive refactoring project, I was asked to completely redesign and build their finance/quoting platform. This project required intense simplification of complex workflows and creative UX solutions, but the result is a completely responsive back-end platform consisting of nearly 100 separate screens organized in an elegant and intuitive way.

Varidi helps merchants from a variety of industries provide pay-over-time financing to their customers.

I was asked to design and build the framework for their back-end financing portal which allows applications to be collected and contracts to be implemented and serviced. Nearly 10 years later I have been a part of 3 major releases and helped turn Varidi into a profitable company.

instaCOVER offers unique equipment insurance solutions to customers, financial institutions, leasing brokers, manufacturers, and equipment dealers on a wide range of specialty products.

I was assigned with instaCOVER about three years after inception and asked to completely refactor their core quoting and enrollment workflow. This project required a number of creative UX solutions, but the refactoring resulted in initial profitability and 10 years later instaCOVER has become an industry leader. During that time, I have designed and built their front-end marketing site, continued to refactor portions of the back-end platform as needed, and led several successful marketing campaigns.

Integrity In-Home Care is a thriving in-home-care agency with over 100 caregivers servicing an ever expanding area from Salem Oregon to Vancouver Washington.

The goal of this project was to replace their outdated website and blog with a fresh modern site that leveraged all the best practices of modern websites. This included a complete redesign and rebuild of the entire site from the ground up. As part of the process I was able to streamline the site content, add new and intuative site features, and ensure that the site was compatible with all modern screen sizes.

Dr. Charlotte Reznick is a child educational psychologist who helps children and adolescents develop the emotional skills necessary for a happy and successful life.

I was contacted by another designer who was looking to translate their designs into a functional Wordpress website for Dr Reznick. One of the main selling factors on the project was the fact that I was exceptional and maintaining fidelity between the designs and the finished code.

The Law Offices of Lonnie Eliason is a general practice law firm, providing professional representation to our clients in a variety of practice areas

This project came from Lonnie's desire to have an online presence for his successful law firm. I did an original version of the website back in 2012 and then recently did a new version of the website to accommodate mobile screen sizes, new content, and an updated look and feel.

I joined the MyWedStyle team back in 2012 as they were looking for a technology partner who could help them rewrite their website and grow their business. Three releases later we have accomplished that very goal. This project involved a complete rewrite of their website, integration with leading e-commerce platforms, marketing efforts, and ongoing website and IT support.

As MyWedStyle grew and other domains were added for corresponding markets, LifelyInc was created as a parent company for the family of brands. I was asked to create an umbrella brand and website that could unify the various products being offereed across the different websites.

ClouetStreet

ClouetStreet was born from the ever-expanding products being offered on MyWedStyle. As the variety of products grew, it became apparent that a seperate market specific to families was viable. Accordingly, I designed and built a new website powered by Shopify to meet that need.

Rezolution Media 2.0

Rezolution Media is the Production Company of Producer/Director Marc Marriott and highlights his career in television.

I joined forces with Marc Marriott back in 2011 to design and create a website to showcase his many projects in television and photography. In addition to the design and HTML programming, I aslo helped optimize the corresponding media for online consumption. Recently I did a new version of the website to accommodate mobile screen sizes, new content, and an updated look and feel.
